Initial Comments:An offsite follow-up survey completed June 16, 2022 found that Human Touch Home Health - Allentown had corrected the deficiency cited under the requirements of 42 CFR, Part 484, Subparts B and C, Conditions of Participation: Home Health Agencies. The deficiency was cited as a result of a federal recertification survey conducted on May 3, 2022.
